The Bavarian State Library is renowned as one of the largest and most significant universal libraries globally, housing a collection of incredibly valuable and world-renowned works of humanity's written cultural heritage.

The "Famous Books. Treasures of the Bavarian State Library" app offers a curated selection of these invaluable holdings, featuring 52 remarkable manuscripts, unique incunabula, and rare, precious printed works from both the Western and Eastern worlds.

These treasures are seldom available for public viewing in physical exhibitions. However, this app provides an exceptional opportunity to explore complete digital replicas of these exhibits, optimized for iPad and iPhone users, offering a captivating glimpse into the esteemed collection of the Bavarian State Library.
